We are currently looking for a Client Services Engineer based in Montreal, to support our global market front office application.

Here are the challenges that await you :

  • Establish direct contact with the customer and are the guarantor of the proper use of the software
  • Analyze complex problems or incidents by bringing your enthusiasm and creativity to customer service
  • Be a project manager: Manage and coordinate the implementation phase of the product or new functionalities at the customer
  • Support customer requests until their resolution or escalation
  • Communicate with project management teams, quality and IT development if needed for monitoring
  • Customer incidents and requests


Exigences

We would be happy to talk to you if you :

  • Have knowledge of the Linux system
  • Have a passion for customer service
  • Have a good ability to analyze, summarize and write
  • Are curious with a good team spirit
  • Are motivated and ready to give the best of you
  • Speak English/French (oral and written)
